About the role

- In this role, you'll provide individual, family, and group counseling to children, adolescents, and families in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Deliver counseling and interventions to support emotional regulation and family reunification
- Collaborate with case managers, schools, probation officers, and community partners
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Genuine passion for helping children and families create lasting change
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related human services field having completed a minimum of 24 post-secondary semester hours in a qualifying human services field.
- Travel between assigned counties (2-3 per week) - evening or occasional weekend hours required
Compensation
- $47,028-$71,000 annually (based on education, experience, licensure and earned bonus hours)
- LCSW / LMHC / LMFT - Base minimum $58,000+
- LSW / LMHC-A / LMFT-A - Base minimum $52,500+
- Master's-level - Base minimum $47,028+

- Master's degree and current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling OR
- Master's degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling OR
