About the role

  • For over 25 years, we've delivered evidence-based care focused on family preservation, reunification, and youth behavioral health.
  • In this role, you'll provide individual, family, and group counseling to children, adolescents, and families in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Deliver counseling and interventions to support emotional regulation and family reunification
  • Collaborate with case managers, schools, probation officers, and community partners
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Genuine passion for helping children and families create lasting change

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related human services field having completed a minimum of 24 post-secondary semester hours in a qualifying human services field.
  • Travel between assigned counties (2-3 per week) - evening or occasional weekend hours required

Compensation

  • $47,028-$71,000 annually (based on education, experience, licensure and earned bonus hours)
  • LCSW / LMHC / LMFT - Base minimum $58,000+
  • LSW / LMHC-A / LMFT-A - Base minimum $52,500+
  • Master's-level - Base minimum $47,028+
