About the role
- Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Computer Prep Technician is an integral part of the Professional Services Team.
- You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient preparation of computer systems for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Additionally, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues to maintain optimal system performance.
- Implement security measures, including antivirus and firewall software, to ensure the protection of client systems.

- Create detailed documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions for internal reference and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with the service desk and support teams to address client inquiries and provide technical assistance as needed.
- Suggest and implement improvements and upgrades to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and team-oriented behavior; have mutual respect for management and team members; partner with others to create an exceptional experience for each and every client.
