About the role
- As the senior leader of a store, you'll foster a culture of service, accountability, and excellence while driving performance through strategic leadership and day-to-day operations.
- You'll spend the majority of your time on the floor coaching and motivating your team, maintaining a visually compelling showroom, and ensuring customer satisfaction that reflects The Bob's Way.
- This is a full-time, in-store leadership role requiring availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in a sales-driven environment
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to stand, walk, and interact on the showroom floor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
