About the role

  • As the Senior Director of Clinical Recruiting at K Health, you will serve as a strategic talent leader reporting directly to our C-level.

Responsibilities

  • Drive National Recruiting Strategy: Design, execute, and scale an end-to-end recruitment strategy for primary care clinicians across all 50 states to meet clinical and business demand.
  • Optimize Operations & Metrics: Establish recruitment SLAs, track key metrics, and continuously refine intake and interview processes to optimize candidate experience and time-to-fill.
  • Strategic Playbooks: Proven track record of developing and deploying sourcing playbooks and leveraging a deep, active network/rolodex of primary care clinicians.
  • For our Providers, we deliver provider-serving agentic solutions (i.e., Perfect Note) to eliminate administrative overload and burnout.

Compensation

  • Base compensation of $150,000 with a total projected cash compensation of $275,000 with bonus included.
  • $150,000 - $275,000 USD
