Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans
- Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling
- However, you'll gain flexibility, strong clinical support, and the chance to make a lasting impact-one client at a time.
- Focus on Clinical Care - With support from our operations team and proprietary CareConnect platform, you can focus on client progress, not administrative overload.
- Built-In Clinical Support - Even part-time, you'll be connected to Clinical Directors, peer BCBAs, and our Clinical Excellence Team for guidance and collaboration.
- Assent-Based ABA - Deliver care aligned with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and Centria's commitment to compassionate, child-led therapy.

Compensation
- Earn a base wage of $75/hour
