Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans
  • Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling
  • However, you'll gain flexibility, strong clinical support, and the chance to make a lasting impact-one client at a time.
  • Focus on Clinical Care - With support from our operations team and proprietary CareConnect platform, you can focus on client progress, not administrative overload.
  • Built-In Clinical Support - Even part-time, you'll be connected to Clinical Directors, peer BCBAs, and our Clinical Excellence Team for guidance and collaboration.
  • Assent-Based ABA - Deliver care aligned with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and Centria's commitment to compassionate, child-led therapy.

Compensation

  • Earn a base wage of $75/hour
