Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a book of business through referrals, new client development, and a defined territory of retail branch partnerships across the Bridgeport market
  • Deliver personalized investment and insurance solutions aligned to client goals
  • Partner with branch, business banking, and wealth teams to generate consistent opportunities
  • Manage the full client lifecycle-from discovery to long-term relationship management

Requirements

  • 4+ years of investment and/or insurance sales experience
  • Proven track record growing client relationships and assets under management
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging internal partnerships
