Responsibilities
- Maintain the client services area and clinic reception area in accordance with safety and infection control guidelines.
- With over 20 specialties and services under one roof, our departments frequently work together to deliver the highest quality of patient care in the veterinary field.

Requirements
- Must have basic knowledge of office procedures and machines.
- Must have previous veterinary receptionist experience
- Proficiently register and check-in new and returning clients and patients and appropriately providing client with and process all forms and other paperwork required for intake and discharge of animals.
- Terms for both options must be explained to client to ensure client is aware of all conditions and agreements.
Nice to have
- College degree preferred but must have High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous veterinary receptionist experience is a must!

- Schedules/Openings:
- Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
- Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday-Monday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
