Responsibilities

  • Build strong trusting relationships with leaders across Engineering and Product Management
  • Manage and track program execution across multiple development teams to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Use technical judgement to drive strategic alignment & product delivery
  • Develop program plans & schedules covering all phases of the program lifecycle
  • Ability to build frameworks to track and execute program direction
  • SailPoint is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive some of our most complex, business-critical initiatives for our Product organization.
  • You will manage a program from beginning to end to ensure we're executing successfully and delivering amazing results.
  • Audit current Jira boards, filters, and dashboards (and Productboard where applicable) to understand in-flight initiatives, dependencies, and areas needing immediate program support.
  • Partner with Product leadership to inventory upcoming key initiatives and confirm launch readiness criteria (scope, owners, dependencies, and open risks).
  • Identify 1-2 quick wins (examples: clearer status reporting, a missing cross-team cadence, or a Jira view that improves visibility) and deliver them.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience driving large programs and delivering excellent results
  • 4 of which must be in software product development (SaaS, Web App, etc.)
  • Highly evolved EQ and ability to adapt to the needs of the program and current maturity of the teams

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Compensation

  • $97,900 - $165,082.00 Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.

  • Holidays: 8 paid holidays annually

  • As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation.
