  • In this role, you will engage with prospective drivers and/or students, providing valuable information about opportunities at PAM Transport and guiding candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Pay and Schedule This position is Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Compensation

  • The pay range is $40,000 - $100,000 including a base salary dependent on experience plus a competitive incentive program.

  • We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated individual to join our team and help attract top talent to our fleet and on-campus CDL-A program. In this role, you will engage with prospective drivers and/or students, providing valuable information about opportunities at PAM Transport and guiding candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process. Your efforts will play a key role in building a strong and successful driver workforce.
