About the role
- YOU ARE: A highly experienced Nortridge Loan Servicing developer who brings both deep technical expertise and strong business awareness.
- You take a proactive approach to problem solving and leverage modern tools-including AI-assisted coding and analysis-to accelerate development, enhance solution quality, and reduce manual effort.
- This is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) platform
- Analyze business requirements and use a combination of engineering expertise and AI-assisted tools to design efficient, scalable solutions
- Design and implement loan templates, user-defined fields (UDFs), and business rule logic
- Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and code quality
- Troubleshoot system issues, using data analysis and intelligent tooling to identify root causes and drive resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and improve processes
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement of development practices
- Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to enhance system performance and reporting capabilities
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and scalable solutions
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and solution design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience working with Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS)
- Strong development experience with C#,.NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL
- Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or later and Microsoft web-based development tools
- Experience with VBScript and JavaScript
