About the role
- Role Details Location: San Francisco, CA.
- This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work.
- We've raised a $5M seed round from top investors (YC, Nexus, South Park Commons, Converge) and have grown 10x in revenue this year alone.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire product design process: user journeys, interaction design, and visual language.
- Partner with engineering and product to bring complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products.
- Shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI.
- We want to change that by building experiences that are not just functional, but genuinely joyful to use.

Compensation
- The annual salary range for this position is $150,000-$220,000 based on level in addition to equity & benefits
