About the role

  • Role Details Location: San Francisco, CA.
  • This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire product design process: user journeys, interaction design, and visual language.
  • Partner with engineering and product to bring complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products.
  • Shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI.
  • We want to change that by building experiences that are not just functional, but genuinely joyful to use.

Compensation

  • The annual salary range for this position is $150,000-$220,000 based on level in addition to equity & benefits
