About the role

  • Nadia Care is looking for a contract UX Researcher to lead member discovery research This role is central to our Q3 2026 strategy You'll conduct member interviews across a mix of modalities, synthesize findings, and develop personas that will directly inform our product strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine a lean interview guide (building on an existing question bank)
  • Design and implement a member outreach strategy this includes identifying and testing recruitment channels and adapting the approach over time using formats like focus groups or group calls where 1:1 volume falls short
  • As an early team member, you'll help define how we deliver care and support at scale.

Skills

  • Sensitivity to the unique dynamics of member interactions
  • Experience coordinating with clinical or care team staff (navigators, case managers, CHWs) to conduct research
  • Ability to move fast.
  • you're comfortable with unstructured conversations and can pull patterns out of messy, real-world data

  • Fully remote with occasional coordination calls with the product and care teams.

We help our members with care navigation, doula support, assistance with lactation, nutrition, housing, transportation and a wide range of other needs. We leverage technology to support our virtual engagement that allows us to meet all our moms where they are.
  • We ensure that our members have trusted sources for support, resources, and information throughout their pregnancy, delivery and well into postpartum. Nadia Care does not replace the primary obstetrician or doctor's relationships. Instead, we support expectant mothers with all other health-related social needs not typically available through their doctors' offices.
