About the role

Work Mode: This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
This person is responsible for ensuring that they produce high-quality work on a timely basis.
The Print Operator will work with the DDS Print Coordinator and shift supervisor to prioritize work requests and ensure that work is processed in priority order.

Receive print requests from DDS Print Coordinator and Supervisor and print documents/jobs accordingly on cut-sheet and high-speed equipment.
These tools are used only to support our recruiters and hiring managers, and all employment decisions include human review to ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws.

Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Must be detail-oriented and able to review printed documents to ensure that they meet DDS quality standards.
Must be a self-starter and demonstrate strong initiative.
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

The hourly rate for this position is $ 18.00. Bonus Eligible!

Must be flexible to work overtime, including weekends.
Must be flexible to accept various assignments within the print room (e.g., running different jobs/equipment, learning to utilize new equipment, etc.).
