Responsibilities
- Change molds, complete setups, and perform basic mold repairs
- Maintain, monitor, & support injection molding machines
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform routine mold cleaning and accurate process documentation
- In developing innovative and sustainable solutions, Gerresheimer relies on a comprehensive international network with numerous innovation and production centers in Europe, America and Asia.
- You'll collaborate with engineers and production teams to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with machine setup and troubleshooting
Nice to have
- 5+ years of injection molding experience
- Knowledge of ancillary equipment and a wide range of thermoplastic materials
- Experience with robots and automated systems
- High school diploma or GED required
- technical certificate or associate degree preferred
