- Solve advanced technical challenges in areas such as concurrency, distributed data consistency, latency reduction, and cross-service interactions, applying best practices and rigorous problem-solving techniques (10%).
- Refactor and improve core platforms through system-level optimizations, infrastructure enhancements, and automation to increase stability, scalability, and developer efficiency (15%).
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain backend and frontend components across multiple programming languages and frameworks, ensuring high performance, reliability, and cross-platform consistency (15%).
- Design and implement features and services that improve system responsiveness, operational reliability, and long-term maintainability, balancing technical innovation with production readiness (20%).
- Collaborate with engineering peers to review architectures, share technical knowledge, and adopt high standards for software design, testing, and deployment (10%).
- Implement technically complex solutions that advance platform capabilities, improve system performance, and support sustained operational excellence across multiple services (10%).
- Build and enhance large-scale, distributed systems that support millions of users, focusing on high availability, fault tolerance, and maintainable architectures (10%).
Requirements
- Must also have experience in the following:
- 3 years of professional experience owning web application for web-based point-of-sale (POS) for ticket reselling
- 3 years of professional experience writing SQL Server queries against large-scale data including optimization of stored procedures and query plan performance review
Compensation
- $200,000 - $370,000 USD
- $200,000 - $370,000 per year.
