You'll handle troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of ground-mount solar systems, central/string inverters, and power plant equipment, while leading a small field crew (4+ techs).
You're responsible for making sure work is done safely, correctly, and on schedule.

As a Lead Solar Field Service Technician (Utility-Scale / PV Repair), you'll work on large, utility-scale solar farms-not residential or rooftop systems.
Perform testing: LOTO, IV curve tracing, megger/insulation testing, IR scans
Lead and direct 2+ field technicians on active solar farm sites
Perform operations and maintenance (O&M) on utility-scale solar plants
Operate and maintain company vehicle and tools
Train and support junior technicians in the field

Complete work orders, service logs, and required documentation
Core Experience (Utility-Scale Required)
Experience with solar O&M / maintenance work
