About the role
- As an outgrowth of the NewVista brand, Lynx works closely with hospitals, nursing homes, and private individuals to provide high quality, professional emergency medical care.
- The Regional Director of Operations oversees a team of EMTs for the state of Colorado.
- The Director of Operations is responsible for directing daily operations including inventory, fleet management, financial management, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Creates strategic decisions based on policy, analysis, and planning.
- Takes initiative to develop policies and procedures to create new and/or improve current practices as related to ambulance staffing, stocking, and transportation.
Requirements
- The successful candidate must have basic knowledge of personnel management and excellent communication skills.
- EMS management experience required.
- The Regional Director of Operations must be able to work independently and demonstrate accountability to define goals and objectives to achieve desired outcomes.
- Individuals are required to have a strong commitment and will need to provide outstanding services and have a clear customer focus.
Nice to have
- Prior Ambulance/EMS management required
- Business development experience preferred
