Own the full funnel-from acquisition to intake to signed clients-with a focus on ROI, growth, and operational efficiency.

8+ years in DTC/performance marketing with proven revenue impact (not just CPL optimization)
Experience in high-volume, complex funnel environments with strong testing and optimization rigor
Familiarity with multi-channel acquisition (paid, SEO, lifecycle) and CRM/MarTech systems
Critical Requirement: Must have personal, hands-on experience (not solely team or agency oversight) building campaigns in Google Ads and Meta.
Candidates must have executed campaign builds, optimizations, and creative strategy at a high level with six-figure budgets.
