About the role
- You'll operate as a high-trust generalist embedded across the company wherever the highest-leverage problems exist.
- You'll work directly with leadership across product, engineering, go-to-market, and operations to help Paradigm scale quickly and effectively.
- Scope and ownership will be significant from day one.
Responsibilities
- Own high-priority cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping and execution through rollout and iteration
- Build systems, processes, and internal tooling that help Paradigm scale efficiently
- Support strategic initiatives across product, operations, enterprise deployments, growth, partnerships, recruiting, and finance as needed
- Pull, analyze, and operationalize data to drive decision-making and improve execution
- Build strong relationships across the organization and become a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, business operations, strategy, product operations, or a high-growth technology company
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and execute effectively with minimal oversight
- Track record of exceptional performance and high ownership in previous roles
Skills
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
