Responsibilities
- Develops and schedules unit operational work plans
- Communicates unit goals and objectives, implements unit operational policies and procedures, and provides training and feedback to ensure safety and compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in construction or facilities maintenance
- Facilities maintenance or 10+ years of relevant work experience in construction or facilities maintenance
- Transcriptions will be required upon hire.
Nice to have
- Experience working as a project or team leader
Compensation
- $60,000-$64,000
