About the role
- Globality is looking for an Event Marketing Manager who will be responsible for strategically planning and executing a diverse range of sponsored, hosted, and field events with a large emphasis on tradeshows.These events will be measured by their delivery of pipeline creation, great brand experiences and industry presence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify key accounts and develop tailored marketing strategies that engage prospects
- Work effectively across GTM to provide campaign and demand programs for pre-event and post-event support, ensuring the delivery of event KPIs
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track metrics, evaluate event ROI, and optimize programs based on performance insights
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in event marketing or trade show management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent the brand professionally at events
Nice to have
- Proficiency in marketing and event tools (e.g., Eloqua, On24, Salesforce) is a plus
Compensation
- The anticipated annual pay scale for this position is $100,000-$200,000.
