Responsibilities

  • At MSG, we recognize the importance of upskilling employees' talents and strengths so they can drive their careers forward.
  • Practice proactive and progressive human resource support by prioritizing time sensitive business needs and executing with urgency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to embed innovation, efficiency, and simplification into core HR processes, proactively identifying and implementing improvements that elevate the employee experience.
  • Provide effective and timely HR administrative support for business units by ensuring accuracy, integrity of data and driving consistent follow-through, process adherence and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and internal policies, ensuring compliance and consistency across supported business areas.
  • Support a positive, inclusive workplace culture by consistently administering company policies, practices, and employee relations processes while promoting employee engagement.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively across all levels.

Requirements

  • MSG complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing nondiscrimination, including considering requests for reasonable accommodations as required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Compensation

  • $65,000 - $90,000 USD
