About the role
- As chemists ourselves, we know what it's like when software doesn't work the way you do - stuck with systems built by people who never spent a day at the bench.
- Define and execute product launch GTM strategy end-to-end, from positioning and messaging to launch timing, channel activation, and post-launch measurement.
- Leadership & Impact Serve as the internal authority on competitive positioning and market narrative, influencing roadmap conversations, GTM priorities, and executive communications across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Delivery Own the category narrative and positioning for Albert OS, translating complex scientific and technical capabilities into clear, differentiated market messaging that resonates with R&D and materials science audiences.
- Lead Analyst Relations programs and build Albert's presence with key industry analysts and influencers in the materials science and R&D software space.
- Execution & Collaboration Develop first-call messaging and sales enablement materials that equip the commercial team to articulate Albert's value proposition with precision and confidence across scientific and business audiences.
- Manage the PR agency relationship, owning story development, media strategy, and executive thought leadership opportunities that reinforce Albert's category leadership.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Forward Deployed Science teams to ensure market messaging reflects real customer outcomes and the full capabilities of the Albert OS platform.
- Grit: Self-starter and persistent problem solver, relentless in building something new from a blank page.
- Leadership: Ability to drive high-visibility initiatives and shape organizational priorities with limited oversight.

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Background in chemistry, life sciences, or an adjacent scientific domain strongly preferred.
