Financial and Risk Management: Actively work to ensure the financial health of the organization through fundraising proposals, grants, plans, events, and the management of partnerships with funders.

WHY YOUR ROLE MATTERS 🔍 The Executive Director will lead the organization in the accomplishment of strategic objectives aligned with organizational priorities and the overall integration of services.
Lead in Strategic Planning and fostering ownership and buy-in from all internal and external stakeholders, under the direction of the Board.

Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead, drive change, and influence people to ensure we exceed the expectations of all stakeholders, aligned with the vision of the organization.
Actively work to ensure the financial health of the organization through fundraising proposals, grants, plans, events, and the management of partnerships with funders.
