Responsibilities

- Develops good working relationships with project team.
- Implement project planning & scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations.
- Manage schedule interfaces between contractors
- Promote and maintain the overall integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the Program suite of project schedules.
- Support the project team in the implementation of an integrated enterprise based cross functional and EPC master schedule program.
- Perform critical path analysis.
- Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
- This role will work in tandem with other planner/schedulers on our team to support consistent site presence throughout the life cycle of the project.

Requirements
- Must have 10-15 years experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software for large-scale capital projects.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
- Minimum 10 years of applicable experience
- Experience in the development, preparation, review, baselining of project schedules, with experience in critical path analysis.
- Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, etc.
Nice to have
- Large scale Oil & Gas construction experience a must.
- Preferred candidate will have experience in power generation construction on both the EPC and Owner's side.
- Market sector experience: Large scale Oil & Gas construction experience a must.
- Industry certifications a plus.
