We're actively seeking a talented Regional VP to join our Independent Financial Professional team in Florida, so candidates must live in the area or be willing to relocate.

As a Field Wholesaler, you will manage and develop existing producer relationships and recruit new relationships.
Execute marketing campaigns, attend company, industry and intermediary meetings, speak in front of groups, work with internal sales, case design, and underwriting partners, and collaborate with peers on sales ideas.
Each Field Wholesaler will develop and execute on a business plan for their territory.

The base pay for the role is $65,000.
In addition, this role is eligible for incentives based on production, and the total target compensation is $200,000+ depending on success in the role.
The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
