Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Product Management to transform product information into practical, sales-ready enablement.
  • Design, build, and continuously improve a scalable enablement program that delivers the right content to the right people at the right time.
  • Assist in extending enablement beyond Sales to support Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partnerships, and other customer-facing teams by tailoring content and training to each audience while maintaining consistent product messaging and technical understanding.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience building enablement programs for highly technical products and complex enterprise sales cycles. Familiarity with modern SaaS go-to-market models, including PLG, land-and-expand, and partner-assisted sales.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, Sales Operations, or a related role within a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • startup or open-source software experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a quota-carrying seller (Account Executive, SDR, or equivalent customer-facing sales role), with a track record of personally moving deals through a technical sales cycle.
  • Exceptional writer, storyteller, and content creator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling sales narratives, enablement assets, and training materials.
  • Proven success enabling product launches, driving adoption of new products and GTM motions, and designing engaging live and asynchronous training programs that improve seller readiness and execution.
  • A hands-on builder who thinks in systems and processes-you enjoy creating scalable programs from the ground up rather than simply maintaining existing ones.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in seller productivity, ramp time, product adoption, and revenue outcomes.
