About the role
- Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Other duties may be assigned. - Ensure that the mattress sales team is fully staffed with the right number of people with the right talent to meet standard work expectations.
- LS1A Qualifications Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Requirements
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ensure all team members have completed training and demonstrate the ability to effectively execute to company expectations and ongoing training modules
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required.
- High volume experience is preferred.
- Three years of supervisory experience required.
Skills
- Experience working with Tableau is preferred.

Compensation
- $70,304.00 - $93,857.00
- Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.
- Holiday pay (full-time only)
