About the role

Actively participates in the internal estimate review process.
Prepare budget comparisons between current and previous estimates.
Utilizes current technology to enhance provided services on both hard bid and negotiated projects.

Perform quantity take-off and pricing of electrical estimates
Develop and document logical assumptions during conceptual estimating activities and applies these assumptions to take-off tasks.
Communicate with architects and consultants to clarify and document discussions regarding intent and scope of work, material, and schedule requirements.
Analyzes and scopes trades partner electrical proposals.
Maintain working knowledge of MEP codes and changes to codes.
Actively schedules and meets with trade partners during the face-to-face scope meeting process.
Builds and maintains relationships with external clients.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar experience.
Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar experience.
Candidate must be self-driven with the ability to work as part of a team or independent.

$95,000 - $120,000 annual salary

Thorough understanding of the company's policies, procedures, systems, and objectives.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent negotiation, problem solving, presentation and leadership skills.
Attends industry events and represents LEED in a professional capacity.

Compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, education, qualifications, skills, work location, union environment experience, and internal equity.
