About the role

We are seeking a passionate full-time Student Accounts Specialist to join our Campus Scholars team.
Your primary responsibilities will include processing ledger card charges, student billing, past due account follow up, account prorations, packaging non-title IV funding and collections processes.

You have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience of working in the student accounts functional area in a college or university setting
You have a minimum of 1 year experience working in financial aid
You have an ethical and professional conduct, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of student information
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear and concise information to diverse audiences
You have experience with Microsoft and Google applications

Relevant certifications or professional development in financial aid administration preferred.

For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.

A compensation package that includes a base salary ($47,000 - $56,000) + equity grant
