  • Create and foster community connections outside the shop
  • Design and execute strategic staffing plans that meet the needs of the business
  • Build Effective Teams

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Ability to stand for the entirety of a shift
  • Willingness and ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A natural leader with exceptional delegation skills and a keen ability to adapt to evolving landscapes, you are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering connections within the community.

Compensation

  • $66,500 / year
