About the role
- Howmet Aerospace is currently in search of a Talent Analyst, HR Technology, to join the team in Pittsburgh, PA.
- This is an entry level position that will allow the individual in the role an opportunity to learn various workstreams of the HR Technology group with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems, field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1 year of HRIS/ ATS experience.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

- Ability to solve complex problems and think analytically.
