Responsibilities
- Assists in the compilation of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, contracts, and contract amendments;
Requirements
- Two years of experience with Pima County in a professional administrative classification.
- Valid driver license is required at time of application.
- Valid AZ driver license is required at time of appointment.
- Failure to obtain and maintain the required licenses and certifications shall be grounds for termination.

- Candidates meeting the minimum qualifications may be further evaluated/scored against any advertised Preferred Qualifications.
- The hiring authority will interview and select the successful candidate from a referral list provided by Human Resources.
Compensation
- $56,555 - $79,164 Annually
- Hiring Range is an estimate of where you can receive an offer. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and internal equity.
- Pay Range is the entire compensation range for the position.
- Hiring Range: $56,555 - $67,870 Annually

- Remains up to date with local, state, and federal guidelines and statutes, and ensures compliance by areas of specialty care, including but not limited to infection prevention, radiology, dentistry, and mental health;
- Monitors and identifies trends in detainees' health statistics, hospital send-outs, and admissions;
- Introduces amendments to County-owned electronic health records, and assists in the compilation of bespoke reports that meet the County's objectives;
- Liaises between the Sheriff's department/custody leadership, health department, and accrediting body (NCCHC);
- Assists and oversees transitions of correctional healthcare vendors;
