About the role
- This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational recruiting skills with strategic judgment - someone who understands both the art and science of hiring and can adapt their approach across different markets, roles, and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Customer Success, GTM, and administrative roles.
- Manage the full lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing.
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Partnership Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
- Manage scheduling, communication, and follow-ups effectively across multiple time zones.
- Post and manage roles across platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and region-specific job boards.
Requirements
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively.
- Experience with modern ATS platforms such as Workable, Ashby, or Greenhouse.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for high-growth technology or professional services companies.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and practices across global markets.

- Sourcing & Talent Mapping Proactively source both active and passive candidates using a variety of channels.

- Candidate Experience Ensure a high-quality, responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, reporting, and overall hiring efficiency.
