About the role
- This is for the second shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
- As a key member of our in-house steel fabrication shop, you'll work on a variety of structural and miscellaneous steel projects.

Responsibilities

- Check materials to make sure they meet customer specs and our quality standards Operate shop equipment as needed for the job Set up welders and other shop equipment Build fixtures and other aids to improve workflow Follow all company safety rules-everyone goes home safe Help train and guide newer crew members

Requirements
- Must be able to read blueprints, run equipment, weld, and burn
- Candidates must be willing to join Local Union 851 if hired.
