You will own new business development to strategic, high-profile prospects.
You identify and qualify prospects, develop a "trusted advisor" relationship, and influence them to adopt recommended and outstanding solutions.
We assess and evaluate strategic prospects, then develop and execute a plan for capitalizing on those opportunities, with a focus on long-term, sustained growth.
Partnering with business leaders you will bring an understanding of primary sales issues and gaps in order to develop strategies to improve performance.
Serving as chief negotiator and sales consultant to the most complex and key clients within their territory. Developing new approaches and materials to facilitate improved activity to be rolled out across the business unit and potentially the enterprise.
You develop new leads with large, complex clients and pitches new opportunities.

10+ years of total relevant work experience
Working knowledge of Broker/Dealer product platforms
FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
This role requires FINRA series 7 and 66 licenses
Preferred:
Strong relationships with Wires, Independents, and Regional Broker Dealers
CFA, CFP, CIMA, or MBA

Base Salary Ranges

$144,000.00 - $261,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$144,000.00 - $261,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$144,000.00 - $261,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
