About the role
- We help asset owners, operators and stakeholders benefit from the full value of their energy portfolio by enabling the intelligent development, deployment, and operation of clean energy assets.
Responsibilities
- Build project plans and manage projects from purchase order to completion.
- Coordinate internal resources to develop accountability and clarity in scope and timeline for each stakeholder.
- Communicate regularly with Technical Sales and the customer to manage expectations.
- Identify gaps and interface with engineering, operations, development, and the customer to drive resolution.
- Develop tools to understand and manage resource loading across the organization.
- Develop project life-cycle process and checklists for engineering projects.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing the deployment of projects supported by functional teams of engineering, manufacturing and logistic in the power industry.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Project Management role within the Solar, Storage, or related power industry or experience with Stem's technology products.
- Ability to understand and communicate both technical and business information.
- This is a salaried exempt position, M-F, with additional weekend work as required.
- Experience with SCADA systems, networking, power plant control, and PV construction lifecycles will support success in this role.
Nice to have
- BS degree or equivalent experience required.
- BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, networking, power plant control, and/or PV construction lifecycles preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
