Responsibilities

  • Provides support to teachers and administrators in analyzing student data;

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to pass required background check

  • Experience in designing and delivering quality professional development for administrators and teachers
  • Previous coaching or leadership experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum frameworks, and standards.
  • Experience in research-based instructional practices for learning
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and organization skills
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.); Web conferencing tools, Web proficiency.
  • Master's degree in Education, Instruction, or Leadership
  • Interpersonal skills to create collaborative and collegial relationships with teachers and school leaders
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Compensation

  • Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level.
