About the role
- This role bridges team-level delivery excellence with broader organizational impact, owning programs with greater technical complexity and stakeholder breadth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs spanning 2-5 engineering teams through the
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans including milestones, critical path,
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve team and cross-team effectiveness;

Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program or project management experience, with demonstrated
- Experience with project management in continuous deployment or Agile environments;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for
- Experience influencing outcomes across teams without direct authority;
- Possess the ability to learn new technology quickly and effectively.

Compensation
- The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
- Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
- If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (i.e. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
- $110,000 - $160,000 (CDN) a year
