About the role

You will translate enterprise operating frameworks into consistent, scalable, and effective regional practices that enable high-quality, on-time seasonal delivery across Product, Brand/Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
You will champion process excellence by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve workflows, ultimately enhancing speed to market, decision quality, and operational effectiveness.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
You bring 8+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or a similar environment, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
You have strong business acumen and thrive in global, matrixed environments
experience in consumer goods, retail, or apparel is an asset
you have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
You have effective and efficient time management skills, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills
You have an excellent understanding of the I2C process
You have confidence in communicating and collaborating amongst large and diverse audiences
You are proficient in the use of Adobe, Microsoft Office and SmartSheets and or similar project management tools
You are willing and able to travel within regions as required for tradeshows, presentations, meetings, consumer events, etc.

If you were in the Process Operations Manager -
Embedding and maintaining operating rhythms aligned to the enterprise I2C calendar, milestones, and decision points
Partnering with Process Operations Team to pilot, iterate, and scale, processes, tools, templates, and workflow improvements
