  • Your primary responsibility will be to work with campground and resort staff on inbound call/email/chat questions in a range of difficulty.
  • You will become a master of the 'ins and outs' of the Campspot reservation software.
  • A high level of technical ability is preferred.
  • Camping is a service-driven industry, with many of our partnering parks conducting the majority of their business outside of traditional business hours and on weekends.
