About the role
- Amprius Technologies is seeking a technically fluent Technical Program Manager to join the Product team. This role owns product lifecycle execution across a portfolio of active NPI programs — tracking products from early R&D through EVT, DVT, PVT, and transfer to production. The Product team is responsible for all product development programs at Amprius. We
- work across R&D, Engineering, Operations, contract manufacturers, and customers spanning defense, aerospace, and electric aviation. This role sits at the center of that coordination, ensuring every product moves efficiently through each stage of its lifecycle.

Compensation
- Comprehensive compensation package includes base salary + RSUs.
- Salary range for this role is $163,400 to $212,295.
