About the role
- An IBM Certified DataStage Developer, experienced in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions for complex enterprise data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain databases on IBM mainframe systems
- Monitor and optimize database performance, including capacity planning
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
- Provide technical support and guidance to application teams using Supra
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage Development
- Strong expertise in Supra, IBM z/OS, COBOL, JCL, and CICS
- Experience supporting legacy systems and modernization initiatives
- Experience leading or mentoring DBA teams
- Familiarity with financial services environments
- Knowledge of automation or scripting within mainframe environments
