About the role

  • The IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) Project Coordinator will serve as the key liaison between HQ, the Marketing team, and the GTM organization.
  • This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, supporting integrated marketing initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of GTM projects and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Support collaboration among Marketing, GTM, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate product launch activities and support the execution of go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in project coordination, integrated marketing, GTM, marketing operations, or cross-functional project support.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, passionate, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects forward.
