Responsibilities
- Develop BetterUp's European market entry strategy.
- Create BetterUp's 5-year growth plan for the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with Co-Founders on fundraising decks.
- Establish and manage the CHRO Growth Advisory Council.
- Lead the Davos activation, fostering connections between BetterUp's CEO and Fortune 100 CXOs.
- Develop a strategy to expand the engineering team internationally.
- Co-lead acquisition due diligence on U.S. and European acquisition targets
- Lead post-merger integrations.
- Strategic and Analytical Excellence: You combine creative problem-solving with a structured, analytical approach to business challenges and are adept at developing actionable insights that shape strategy at the highest levels.
- Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to work across all organizational levels, particularly with senior executives, to drive alignment, influence decision-making, and deliver measurable results.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is strongly interested in technology, innovation, and the Employee Experience ecosystem.
- You have a knack for juggling multiple high-priority initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization.
Nice to have
- 5-8 years of experience at Bain & Company, McKinsey, or BCG, with demonstrated success leading complex, high-stakes projects.
- Additional experience in a lean, high-growth scale-up is a plus.
Compensation
- 216,000 - 270,000: New York City
- 194,000 - 243,000: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Nassau, Newburgh, Syracuse
- Drive annual planning and manage the company OKR process.
- The base salary range for this role is $194,000 - $270,000.
