Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File - Authorized to work in the United States
- Associate may be required to gain DOT Regulation Qualification as a condition of the role
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Are 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, and/or prior Amazon experience - Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization - History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals.
- Experience leading teams - Capable of providing direction to team members using independent judgment - Organization and time management skills.
- Experience delivering training both to individuals and groups.
- 2+ years of professional driving experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills - Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select.
Compensation
- USA, TX, BEAUMONT - 22.50 - 22.50 USD hourly
