About the role
- As a primary care provider with Aligned Geriatrics you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of older adults by delivering personalized healthcare services.
- Physician Responsibilities: Conduct regular rounding at assisted living and memory care facilities, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
- Run multiple in-house clinics at senior living communities with set hours each week seeing independent, assisted living and memory care patients. (Patients are pre-scheduled).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with facility staff.
