About the role
- The Manufacturing team is where NEO goes from CAD files to physical reality.
- Your craftsmanship is the foundation that everything else - AI, software, customer trust - is built on.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly production output targets without compromising on quality or safety standards
Responsibilities
- We're building humanoid robots that work in home - doing the chores, handling the tasks, and giving people their time back.
- NEO is our flagship - a home robot designed to move, learn, and operate in the real world alongside real people.
- We're scaling, we're hiring with intention, and we need people who want to build something that will genuinely change how humans spend their time - safely creating abundance for all.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and engineering documentation
Skills
- Experience assembling robotics, aerospace, medical device, or other precision mechanical products
- Familiarity with ESD procedures and controlled manufacturing environments
- Experience with high-mix, low-volume or early-stage production environments where processes are still being refined
- Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Generous paid time off, company holidays, and parental leave
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) options
- Commuter benefits (transit and parking)
- Short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health, financial, and personal support
- $28.00/hr - $36.00/hr + Equity
Company info

- Maintain dimensional accuracy and proper torque specifications across every assembly you complete
- Identify and escalate process issues, tooling problems, or recurring defects so the line gets better over time
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work area that meets ESD and manufacturing standards every shift
- Craftsmanship mindset - you take pride in building things correctly and care how the work turns out, not just that it's done
- Strong manual dexterity and comfort with detailed, repetitive precision work on small parts
- Reads engineering drawings fluently and works from written instructions without needing constant direction
- Reliable and accountable - shows up on time, finishes what they start, and supports the team to hit shared goals
- Quality-first instinct - would rather flag a defect than let it pass
- We've been at this since 2014 and we're at the point where the hard problems are behind us and the hard work is in front of us.
