Responsibilities

  • Work closely with design and validation engineers to aid in the development of hardware systems
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.
  • Ability to read, inspect and implement directions, as outlined and depicted in Electrical Harness Diagrams and Mechanical Prints
  • Proficient with diagnostic instrumentation related to trucks and the ability to perform failure analysis on related components

Requirements

  • The ability to rely on previous experience or training to inspect and identify defects and failures on complex systems.
  • Experience with industry based tooling including specialized electrical and mechanical tooling such as: wire crimpers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, torque wrenches, fabrication tooling and hand tools.

Compensation

  • Our Senior Field Truck Technicians in Kermit, TX start anywhere from 39/hr - in addition we offer $1500 annual bonus, OT, and RSU's!
