About the role
- As Partner Marketing & Growth Manager, you'll define how we show up for our partners commercially: campaigns, deal structures, enablement materials, and growth programs.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute Fora's partner marketing framework: campaigns, co-marketing programs, seasonal promotions, and partner communications.
- Design deal processes, structures and promotional mechanics that drive measurable advisor booking behavior.
- Develop the materials and packaging that enable our account management team to sell partner programs effectively.
- Build a feedback loop on existing partner promotions or offers - tracking performance, identifying what's working, and iterating.
- Develop case studies and proof points that support partner growth conversations.
- Identify and develop new partner growth opportunities across the portfolio.
- Reporting to Director, Travel Partners, you'll coordinate across stakeholders while owning the full motion from strategy to execution, and you'll be the connective tissue between what our partners want to achieve and what our advisor network can deliver.

Compensation
- Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $110K–$140K + equity.
